Mexico: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of plastic atomizers from China

In December 2008, the government of Mexico imposed a provisional antidumping duty following the conclusion of an investigation. In April 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2015, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review. In April 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2020. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025 (applicable extension date in April 2024).
