In May 2023, the government of Argentina sent to Congress the draft law for the creation of a "Regime for the Promotion of Hydrogen with Low Carbon Emissions and other Greenhouse Effect Gases". The proposal includes the provision of several types of financial support, trade benefits and localisation provisions.
