In June 2014, the government of Morocco initiated a new safeguard investigation and in May 2015 definitive duties were imposed. In July 2018, a sunset review was initiated and was extended for a new period in December 2018. In August 2021, a sunset review was initiated and was extended for a new period in January 2022.
