Brazil: Extension and subsequent suspension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyvinyl chloride resin from China (termination of duty on imports from the Republic of Korea)

In August 2013, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and the definitive duty was extended in August 2014. In August 2019, a sunset review was initiated. In August, the definitive duty imposed on imports from China was extended for a new period and immediately suspended. The definitive duty on imports from the Republic of Korea was terminated. In August 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
