Argentina: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain zip closures and tapes from China, India, Indonesia, and Peru (termination of investigation concerning Brazil)

In May 2023, the Argentinian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain zip closures and tapes from China, Brazil, India, Indonesia, and Peru. In December 2023, a provisional duty was imposed on imports originating from China, India, Indonesia and Peru. The investigation is still in progress. In December 2023, the investigation on imports originating from Brazil was terminated. In November 2024, a definitive duty was imposed.
