Argentina: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of dinner service and coffee & tea sets made of porcelain or ceramic from China

In April 2009, the government of Argentina imposed a provisional duty and a definitive duty was imposed in September 2009. In September 2015, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in September 2014. In January 2017, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Bangladesh was initiated. In September 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2021.
