In April 2023, the Belarusian branch of VEB.RF, the Russian development financial institution, announced the financing of the leasing of 440 Russian-made railcars by OJSC Grodno Azot, a Belarusian firm. The amount of funding is RUB 3 billion (USD 37.29 million).
