China: Termination of definitive countervailing duty on imports of solar-grade polysilicon from the European Union

In September 2012, the government of China initiated a new anti-subsidy investigation. The countervailing duty imposed in 2014 was extended for a period of 18 months in May 2017 following a sunset review. The duty was terminated in November 2018.
