In January 2023, the Malaysian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain cold-rolled products of alloy or non-alloy steel of a width less than 1300mm from Japan. In May 2023, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2023, a definitive duty was imposed.
