Australia: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) from China, as well as initiation of anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia

In July 2012, the government of Australia initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China and the duty was extended in March 2013. In July 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the duty was extended in March 2018. In April 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2022. In January 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation was initiated on imports of the same good from Malaysia.
