In November 2022, the Minister of Finance of Indonesia exempted personal goods or shipments weighing 30 kilos and below from the requirement to submit the Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB) or Good Export Notification to the Customs Department to provide a simplified mechanism for the export.
