In February 2016, the Canada's export credit agency Export Development Canada (EDC) approved financing to support a foreign investment by Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board, Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc., and AIMCO Alberta Investment Management Corp in the United Kingdom.
