Canada: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain thermoelectric containers from China

In December 2008, the Canadian authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain thermoelectric containers from China. In March 2013, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2013. In October 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2019. In July 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025.
