In June 2012, a sunset review was initiated of a definitive anti-subsidy duty imposed on imports of certain seamless carbon or alloy steel oil and gas well casing from China. In March 2013, the definitive duty was extended for a new period. In January 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2018. In September 2023, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2024.
