In October 2016, the Canada's export credit agency Export Development Canada (EDC) approved financial support for various Canadian exporters (automotive/rail/transportation) for an export sale to Navistar Financial, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad Financiera de Objeto Multiple, and Entidad Regulada from Mexico.
