United States of America: Definitive countervailing duty on imports of oil country tubular goods from Russia and the Republic of Korea

In November 2021, the United States initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of oil country tubular goods from Russia and the Republic of Korea. In March 2022, a provisional duty was not imposed, but the investigation continued. In November 2022, a definitive duty was imposed.
