In December 2021, Razzmatazz Civil (Pty) Ltd secured an approximately ZAR 1.78 billion (around USD 106.8 million) procurement contract from the South African National Roads Agency Soc Limited. The public procurement process, including the present transaction, is subject to preference margin requirements.
