United States of America: Definitive countervailing duties on imports of steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, and Turkiye (termination of investigation without the imposition of duties from Thailand)

In January 2022, the United States initiated a countervailing investigation on imports of steel nails from India, Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkiye. Notably, on the same day, an antidumping investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In August 2022, a definitive duty was imposed on India, Oman, Sri Lanka and Turkiye. The investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties on imports from Thailand.
