In April 2022, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain preserved mushrooms from France, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain. In September 2022, a provisional duty was imposed on the subject good from France. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2022, a provisional duty was imposed on the subject goods from the Netherlands. In January 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on the subject good from France. In May 2023, a definitive duty was imposed on the subject good from the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
