In September 2010, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC) approved USD 93.9 million in funding to Department of Administration Services Bureau of Enterprise Systems & Technology to expand the deployment of broadband infrastructure in Connecticut.
