EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of high tenacity yarn of polyesters from China (Termination of the investigation concerning Chinese Taipei and the Republic of Korea)

In September 2009, the European Commission initiated a new antidumping investigation. In December 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in February 2017. In February 2022, a new sunset review was initiated.
