Turkiye: Temporary suspension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyester synthetic staple fibres from Chinese Taipei, India and Thailand

In April 2009, the government of Turkiye updated an existing antidumping duty for the first time since the start of GTA monitoring. In November 2014, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review. In December 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2019. In September 2021, the duty was temporarily suspended. In August 2024, a sunset review was initiated.
