In November 2009, the government of Turkiye initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in October 2010. In October 2016, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in October 2015. In April 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2020.
