In July 2022, the state-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) provided a loan of PHP 2.6 billion (USD 46.16 million) to Kiangan Mini Hydro Corporation (KMHC) to fund the company's Asin-Hungduan and Ibulao1 Mini Hydropower Projects.
