In February 2009, the government of Turkiye initiated an anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in July 2010. In July 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in December 2016. In October 2017, the definitive duty was extended to import of the subject good from Spain, Italy, Thailand and Greece following an anti-circumvention investigation. In May 2019, definitive duties were extended to imports from India following an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2021, definitive duties were extended to imports from North Macedonia and the Republic of Korea following an anti-circumvention investigation. In December 2021, a new sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2023.
