In July 2022, the state-owned Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) provided a loan of PHP 660 million (USD 11.7 million) to Dupinga Mini Hydro Corporation (DMHC) to support the company's development of the 4.6MW Dupinga Mini Hydropower project in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija.
