In February 2009, the government of Turkiye initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed a definitive duty in April 2009. In April 2015, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in April 2014. In April 2020, a sunset review was initiated and a definitive duty was imposed for a new period in May 2021. In September 2021, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia and Jordan was initiated. In June 2022, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia and Jordan following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In January 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from North Macedonia was initiated. In January 2024, the definitive duty was extended to imports from North Macedonia following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation.
