Turkiye: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyester textured yarn from China, Indonesia and Malaysia (termination of duties from Thailand)

In December 2008, the government of Turkiye updated an existing Anti-dumping duty for the first time since the start of GTA monitoring. The definitive duty was extended in 2008 and 2014. In February 2017, an anti-circumvention investigation was initiated and duties were provisionally extended on the subject good falling under a different HS code subheading in August 2017. In August 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new periond in January 2021.
