Turkiye: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain pencils with leads of graphite and pencils with leads of crayons from China and on imports from Thailand following an anti-circumvention investigation

In December 2008, the government of Turkiye extended the definitive duty imposed on imports from China following a sunset review. The sunset review also extended the duty on imports from Thailand for reasons of an anti-circumvention investigation concluded in 2007. In December 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2014. The duty expired in August 2019.
