United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Czech Republic, Rep of Korea, Russian Federation and Ukraine

In August 2020, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the Czech Republic, Rep. of Korea, Russia and Ukraine. The investigation is still in progress. In December 2020, a provisional duty was imposed on the Czech Republic. In February 2021, a provisional duty was imposed on Rep. of Korea, Russia and Ukraine. In April 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on the Czech Republic. In August 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on Korea, Ukraine and Russia. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
