In April 2020, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of mattresses from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkiye and Viet Nam. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2020, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In May 2021, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2025, the definitive duty on imports from Indonesia was terminated. In February 2026, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Malaysia was initiated. In April 2026, a sunset review on imports from Cambodia, Malaysia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkiye and Viet Nam was initiated.
