United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of hydrofluorocarbon blends and components thereof from China as well as from India following an anti-circumvention investigation

In July 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of hydrofluorocarbon blends and components thereof from China. In January 2015, a provisional duty was imposed. In April 2016, a definitive duty was imposed. In June 2019, the definitive duty was extended to imports from India following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In July 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive antidumping duty was extended for a new period in February 2022. In October 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Mexico was initiated.
