United States of America: Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of common alloy aluminium sheet from Kingdom of Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Chinese Taipei and Turkiye (termination of provisional duties from the Republic of Korea and Greece)

In April 2020, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of common alloy aluminium sheet from Kingdom of Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, Greece, India, Indonesia, Italy, Rep. of Korea, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Chinese Taipei and Turkiye. The investigation is still in progress. In October 2020, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In March 2021, the provisional duty was terminated on imports from Greece and the Republic of Korea. In April 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on imports from Bahrain, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Oman, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Chinese Taipei and Turkiye. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
