United States of America: Extension of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of ripe olives from Spain

In July 2017, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of ripe olives from Spain. The investigation is still in progress. In January 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In August 2018, a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2024 (applicable extension date is 31 July 2024).
