United States of America: Termination of provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Rep of Korea, Pakistan and Chinese Taipei

In October 2017, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Brazil, Indonesia, Rep. of Korea, Pakistan and Chinese Taipei. The investigation is still in progress. In May 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2018, the provisional duty was terminated.
