In April 2016, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of 1, 1, 1, 2-Tetrafluoroethane from China. In October 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In April 2017, a definitive duty was imposed. In March 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2022.
