United States of America: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Rep of Korea, Mexico and Turkiye

In August 2015, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Rep. of Korea, Mexico and Turkiye. Notably, on the same day, a countervailing investigation on the subject good was initiated, see related state act. In March 2016, a provisional duty was imposed. In September 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in April 2022. In February 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Oman and the United Arab Emirates was initiated.
