United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China

In January 2014, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China. The investigation is still in progress. In July 2014, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In February 2015, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2020. In August 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
