United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of utility scale wind towers from China and Viet Nam

In January 2012, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of utility scale wind towers from China and Viet Nam. The investigation is still in progress. In October 2012, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In February 2012, a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2019. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2024.
