In November 2011, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Viet Nam. The investigation is still in progress. In June 2012, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In December 2012, the provisional duty was terminated.
