United States of America: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules from China

In November 2011, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules from China. In May 2012, a provisional duty was imposed. In December 2012, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2019.  In April 2022, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam was initiated. In February 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2024 (extension notice published in October 2024).
