In April 2011, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2011. In September 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2017. In October 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2023.
