United States of America: Extension of antidumping and countervailing duty on imports of stainless steel plate in coils from South Africa and Chinese Taipei

In June 2010, a sunset review was initiated for Italy, Rep. of Korea, South Africa and Chinese Taipei and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2011 for Rep. of Korea, South Africa and Chinese Taipei. In August 2011, the definitive duty was terminated for Italy. In December 2011, the definitive duty was terminated for Rep. of Korea. In July 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2017 for South Africa and Chinese Taipei. In December 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2022.
