The definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2009. In June 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2014. In October 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2020. In November 2025, a sunset review was initiated (notice published in December 2025).
