In November 2009, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty together with the suspension agreement in Russia and Ukraine was extended for a new period in October 2014. In December 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty together with the suspension agreement in Russia and Ukraine was extended for a new period in December 2015. In November 2020, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2021 together with the suspension agreement in Russia and Ukraine. In August 2023, the United States terminated the suspension agreement affecting imports originating from Russia and introduced an antidumping duty.
