United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico

In October 2009, the United States initiated an anti-dumping investigation on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico. The investigation is still in progress. In May 2010, a provisional duty was imposed. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2010, a definitive duty was imposed. In October 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2016. In November 2021, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2022.
