United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy

In May 2009, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2010. In March 2015, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2016. In April 2016, the United States extended the definitive duty imposed on imports of pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy following the conclusion of the sunset review. The rate of duty remains unchanged. In March 2021, the United States initiated a sunset review of the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Italy. In June 2021, the United States terminated sunset review of the anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject good from Italy.
