United States of America: Extension of anti-dumping duty on imports of small diameter graphite electrodes from China as well as from the United Kingdom following an anti-circumvention investigation

In February 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In 9 August 2012, the definitive duty was extended to imports from the United Kingdom following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In November 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2015. In May 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2020. In March 2025, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in September 2025.
