In March 2009, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2014, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2019. In June 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2019. In November 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025.
