United States of America: Definitive antidumping duties on imports of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Malaysia and Iceland

In July 2020, the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Malaysia. In December 2020, a provisional duty was imposed on Bosnia and Herzegovina and Iceland. In February 2021, a provisional duty was imposed on Malaysia. In April 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Iceland. In August 2021, a definitive duty was imposed on imports of the subject good from Malaysia. In March 2026, a sunset review was initiated.
